Once Upon A Time...

Late one night, 30 years ago, a legend was born ---Ned the Dead took to the airwaves of Northeast Wisconsin (and the UP!!!).

From "Chiller Theater", to "Ned the Dead's Demented Drive-in", back to "Chiller Theater", and finally "The Ned the Dead Show starring Doc Moreau", Saturday nights always held something really good from really bad movies.

Sadly, in the Fall of 2010, Ned "went dark" as they say. Although no longer on the air, the memory of the craziness created by Ned and Doc lives on in the hearts and minds of the tens of loyal fans.

During the cold dark nights leading up to Christmas 2011, Doc waxed nostalgic about the many many laughter (and fart) filled hours spent with Ned. So, he slipped into his vault to seek solace in the hours of tape from the "good old days". Thus was born the first "Highlights Reels".

Who knows if they will ever return with new episodes, but you can now relive the looniness and irreverence of Saturday nights past. Come visit Doc's Blog and store.

Kickstarter. Seriously, do a campaign to get financial backing. This will help determine if people are really interested.

I second Kickstarter. I remember watching Chiller Theater on WLUK as a kid, and would love to see this go on. I think a lot of fans, old and new, would be happy to pitch in.

I really hope you guys put out a DVD collection of all the interludes between the movies on Chiller Theatre, that was the main reason I watched you in my teens, moreso than the movies themselves. I am itching to watch more Ned the Dead! And I can't get my fix anywhere! :(
